These are the records, workflows, controls, and demonstration paths available to examine now. Human review and provider dependencies remain visible wherever they affect delivery.

Each stage keeps the task, its supporting context, the responsible person, and a readable history for the next handoff.
The system starts with Staff, Client owner, Client collaborator, Customer, Partner, or Vendor.
Tenant, organization, record, and field predicates determine the permitted data set.
View, prepare, approve, export, communicate, release, and provider actions remain independent decisions.
Every grant carries actor, reason, time, expiry, and review history.
Each participant receives the information and actions their responsibility requires. A customer, employee, provider, owner, and staff member do not need the same screen or the same access.
Owns member access inside the organization boundary.
Sees only records required for assigned delivery.
Cannot expand scope or view unrelated records.
Receives only released records until expiry.
Demonstrated behaviour, human review, provider setup, deployment work, and live activation are shown as different stages so planning begins with the real current state.
