Bookwiser separates customer-uploaded statements, restricted evidence sharing, and provider-gated banking connections. Every path requires a named purpose, customer authorization, source history, provider review, and a visible stop-line before money movement or regulated decisions.
These questions connect the public notice to real work, real responsibilities, and a clear next step instead of leaving it as abstract policy language.
Who authorized access?
Which account and period are in scope?
Which provider or upload path supplied the record?
How can access be revoked or removed?
The register explains what Bookwiser manages, what requires another person or provider, and which decisions remain outside this process.
No mode is treated as equivalent to banking authority.
Banking consent remains separate from marketing or beta consent.
Final accounting treatment remains human-reviewed.
Flinks or another provider is a candidate path, not proof of production operation.
This is the expected path through Bookwiser. Actual service, account, provider, privacy, and legal obligations continue to follow the agreements and policies accepted for that relationship.
The customer, account scope, purpose, method, review date, and revocation path are captured before access.
The statement, file, or provider response retains origin, account reference, period, received time, and fingerprint.
Bookwiser may prepare transaction context, exceptions, evidence links, and questions for a named reviewer.
The connection or evidence path can be withdrawn, expired, exported, or removed according to the governing record.
These are Bookwiser's public commitments. Signed agreements, qualified professional opinions, and customer-specific deployment reviews add the terms required for each actual relationship.
Bookwiser does not ask a customer to disclose online banking credentials directly to Bookwiser staff.
Payment, transfer, settlement, and banking actions remain with the customer and authorized provider.
Signals may be surfaced for review, but Bookwiser does not declare fraud or make banking decisions.
Provider usage, connection, storage, and support costs are customer-paid, passed through, or separately scoped.
For your protection, do not send passwords, credentials, tax identifiers, unredacted legal files, private customer records, or complete banking documents through a public contact path.
