Bookwiser uses a provider-gated operating model. Hosting, authentication, email, banking data, integrations, analytics, monitoring, support, AI, security, and professional providers require a documented scope before controlled data is processed through them.

The organization, record, sensitivity, regulated category, residency, sovereignty, and recipient constraints are identified.
Review the provider
Terms, sub-processors, locations, support access, logging, breach, retention, deletion, export, and AI use are reviewed.
Approve the purpose
Corporate authority, customer instruction, privacy, security, and legal review are applied as required.
Monitor and exit
Changes, incidents, access, retention, renewals, exports, deletions, and provider termination remain reviewable.

These are Bookwiser's public commitments. Signed agreements, qualified professional opinions, and customer-specific deployment reviews add the terms required for each actual relationship.
No implied provider approval
Planned, evaluated, configured, beta, and production providers remain separate states.
Residency is not sovereignty
Jurisdiction, administrators, keys, support, backups, disclosure, and exit remain part of the control analysis.
Professional access is purpose-bound
Accountants, lawyers, payroll providers, lenders, and advisors receive only the authorized package and purpose.
Current schedule controls
The accepted provider schedule and deployment record take precedence over general website summaries.

A public page should never quietly give Bookwiser more authority than the relationship does.
