Bookwiser supports role-aware records, communication, evidence, workflow preparation, provider handoff, and bounded AI. Users must not use the site, demo, account, integrations, or workspaces to gain unauthorized access, harm others, misrepresent authority, or automate prohibited decisions.
These questions connect the public notice to real work, real responsibilities, and a clear next step instead of leaving it as abstract policy language.
Is the user authorized?
Is the purpose permitted?
Does the action affect another person or organization?
Does a provider or professional retain final authority?
The register explains what Bookwiser manages, what requires another person or provider, and which decisions remain outside this process.
A shared link or visible identifier does not create permission.
Spam, impersonation, harassment, and hidden outreach are prohibited.
Do not use Bookwiser to automate regulated, discriminatory, harmful, or high-impact final decisions.
Do not bypass provider controls or use unauthorized credentials.
This is the expected path through Bookwiser. Actual service, account, provider, privacy, and legal obligations continue to follow the agreements and policies accepted for that relationship.
Confirm the user, organization, record, recipient, purpose, capability, provider, and expiry before acting.
Collect, review, communicate, prepare, approve, or hand off only within the current contract.
Potential abuse, privacy exposure, unauthorized automation, or provider uncertainty is routed for human review.
Access may be narrowed, suspended, investigated, or terminated, with records preserved according to the governing policy.
These are Bookwiser's public commitments. Signed agreements, qualified professional opinions, and customer-specific deployment reviews add the terms required for each actual relationship.
Do not access, test, scrape, copy, export, or share records beyond the authorized scope.
Do not impersonate, mislead, phish, harass, manipulate consent, or conceal sender identity.
Do not use Bookwiser to move money, file, sign, issue opinions, determine fraud, or make regulated final decisions without authority.
Do not introduce malware, overload systems, bypass limits, or interfere with availability or monitoring.
For your protection, do not send passwords, credentials, tax identifiers, unredacted legal files, private customer records, or complete banking documents through a public contact path.
